  • Sending appointment reminders via SMS

  • Providing treatments safely and effectively

  • Meeting legal or insurance obligations for record keeping

We never sell or rent your information, and we only use it for marketing if you have given consent.

Data Storage and Security

  • Electronic records: Stored in Phorest, a secure salon and clinic management platform. Access is restricted to authorised staff only.

  • Paper records: Stored in locked cabinets in our clinic, accessible only to authorised staff. Records are securely destroyed when no longer required.
